Lactation Consultant

Lactation & Feeding Support

Before or after your baby arrives, it’s common to have questions about lactation and feeding. Having the right support — both practical and emotional — can make feeding your baby a more comfortable and rewarding experience.

I provide personalized, compassionate guidance around all aspects of feeding, including:

  • Understanding the mechanics and emotions of breast/chest feeding

  • Reducing pain, anxiety, and infection risk

  • Clarifying your feeding goals and finding what works best for your family

  • Formula support – including guidance on use, preparation, and storage

  • Weaning support when you’re ready to make a transition

  • Assistance with prescriptions for pumps or formula (for insurance coverage)

  • Medication prescriptions for infections or to support milk supply

My approach is always non-judgmental and inclusive — whether you are exclusively breastfeeding, combining breast and formula feeding, or choosing to use formula, I’m here to support your choices with care and respect.
